In myprevious post,I wrote about building a passion for lifelong learning.Having a passion for lifelong learning is essential to help you reach your full potential. Now,I'd like to cover what I believe is a good way to learn about life:reading biographies.
Why is reading biographies useful? There are at leastfour reasons:
- It can teach you about pitfalls to avoid (so that you don't need to learn things the hard way).
- It can teach you about how to respond to failure.
- It can open your mind about what is possible.
- It can teach you about great principles to live by.
Of course, there are many biographies to choose from,so I'd like to ask you:
What are your favorite biographies and why?
Please leave your answerin the commentsso that everyone can read it.Thanks!
